[Java][Microprofile] JSON enum processing fix (#6700) 
* When withXml=false we shouldn't add the jaxb imports

When users are just dealing with json and set withXml=false jaxb (Java Api XML binding) imports are not needed.

* Updated the microprodile-rest-client samples

* Removed cxf-rt-rs-extension-providers dependency

* Fix processing of enum values

* Remove unwanted changes

* Remove spaces

OpenAPI Petstore - MicroProfile Rest Client

This is a sample server Petstore server. For this sample, you can use the api key special-key to test the authorization filters.

Overview

This API client was generated by the OpenAPI Generator project. MicroProfile Rest Client is a type-safe way of calling REST services. The generated client contains an interface which acts as the client, you can inject it into dependent classes.
