Also reorder annotation attributes in the following order: - localName/name - namespace (optional) - isAttribute/useWrapping (optional) * Explicitly render `useWrapping = true` to @JacksonXmlElementWrapper This was slightly inspired by @jzrebiec via PR #5371. Overview
