Implement Source DocumentationProvider, spring-mvc decommission (#11531 )

* - Upgrade swagger-ui to 4.4.1
- Bring homeController.mustache up-to-date
- Main class is now OpenApiGeneratorApplication
- Introduce SpringBootTest.mustache
- Remove option swaggerDocketConfig/openapiDocketConfig in favor of documentationProvider.
