fix: Using Map.Entry to avoid "reference to Entry is ambiguous" (#16445)
* fix: Using Map.Entry to avoid "reference to Entry is ambiguous" when spec defines a model Entry it conflicts. Also rest of mustache uses Map.Entry to matching it * fix: Map.Entry - update samples
