* Integrated example project for Mill into CI task
The example project uses Mills meta-build to resolve the snapshot version from a properties file.
The properties-file is now integrated into `release_version_update.sh`.
* Add coursier cache to actions-cache

* try to exclude problematic dependencies from maven-cache so they are downloaded by coursier
* clear m2-cache prior to mill execution

... because it has the wrong generator version, it has the wrong generator name (should be "java-camel"), the generated code doesn't compile - and then I didn't check further

Removed old script bin/utils/release_version_update_docs.sh to avoid
confusion. New script solves issues of not "globally" replacing.
New script is at:
bin/utils/release/release_version_update_docs.sh
* Update Gradle Plugin README with correct version
* Update gradle.properties to correct version
* Release versioning script with marker tags.
Introduces bump.sh which supports moving from version to version but
only within delimiting marker tags in the target file.
This script currently doesn't do validations or anything fancy.
* Allow bumping version according to type (major,minor,build,revision)
* bump.sh will display error if file contents are unchanged
