Remove the log option lines from testAllocate; right now, we don't have these options for Target, and Target doesn't log much anyway. We can always revisit this in the future. While at it, simplify some code.
About chromedp

Package chromedp is a faster, simpler way to drive browsers supporting the Chrome DevTools Protocol in Go using the without external dependencies (ie, Selenium, PhantomJS, etc).
Installing
Install in the usual Go way:
